We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like intimate apparel and swimwear cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Namilia designer tags and security seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid return label provided by the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
