How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express and standard postal services. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and pierced jewelry cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our designs often feature body-con silhouettes with stretch fabrics; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
